Lash Extensions: Before your Appointment

 How to prepare for your service:

If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged 50% of your service price. 

Please take in account that this procedure will take about 1-2 hours depending on the service type and their existing condition. Please be sure to allow time for traveling and other circumstances.  

Come to the appointment with no makeup or skincare products on your face to ensure proper lash application an retention.

Ensure your lashes are clean and free from oil, mascara, and liner.

Avoid caffeine before the appointment to ensure a comfortable experience.

Please come to vour appointments with examples of the way you would like them to look or print out photos of what you like.

If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment you will need to pay a $100 fee in order to reschedule your appointment in addition to  50% of the appointment total price.( Please refer to Salon Policy Page)

If you arrive over 15 minutes LATE to your appointment then we may not be able to accommodate you and you will need to reschedule AND you will be charged 18% of your appointment price.( Please refer to Salon Policy Page)

Please NO CELLPHONES during tattooing and NO GUESTS in the room, NO CHILDREN. Due to the nature  of this service we kindly ask that you arrive unaccompanied to your scheduled appointment. Please leave friends, boyfriends/husbands, children and pets at home. 

Payments must be paid in full on procedure day. We accept cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).  NO CHECKS.
