The total price will be due on your first session, we do not split the payment between the initial and touchup sessions.
Each new treatment is two sessions, one being the initial procedure and the other session is to fill in any gaps that did not take during the first session. On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare taken will be charged accordingly. The touchup session / complimentary session is not to change the shape or color of initial treatment but if you wish to do so there could be a charge.
The touchup session is included in the price and should be booked at least 6 weeks after but within 8 weeks of initial treatment. It is your responsibility to book this with enough time in advance to be within that timeframe otherwise you will be charged for the touch-up session. Your touchup or complementary session is to be done by the same artist.
We can’t guarantee a successful result on 100% of our clients especially those with problem skin. Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. We do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to us.
Clients agree that any pictures/videos taken during the session will be owned by Ooh Studios and may be used on her social media or website for advertising purposes. Ooh Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and cancel service in case of breach of contract, failure to comply, policy violations, discrimination, harassment, dishonesty, theft, violence, being under the influence, or any other inappropriate behavior.
If you have an existing permanent makeup in the area you wish to redo you will be required to email pictures for approval to oohbeautystudio@yahoo.com your price may also increase due to additional sessions that could be required or any corrective work that might be needed.
A retainer of $200.00 will be necessary in order to book your appointment, this retainer is NON- REFUNDABLE. So please make sure you select the most convenience time for you. And make sure that you mark the appointment on your calendar.
7 BUSINESS DAYS are required to reschedule an appointment, otherwise you will lose your retainer fee. In the event you book less than 7 business days before your appointment you will not be able to move or cancel your appointment and you will lose your retainer fee in the event you decide to cancel or not show..
There is a 10 min late policy for all appointments including the touch up appointment, if you show up more than 10 minutes late you will lose your appointment as well as your retainer fee and will be required to pay for another retainer fee in order to reschedule your appointment. If you are coming in for a touch up and arrive after your 10min grace period you will automatically lose your complementary touch up and if you wish to schedule a new appointment you will be charged for a 0-6month touch up.
Only the client receiving services is allowed; no extra people/kids are permitted during the appointment
We reserve the right to refuse any client at any time before or during the service.
ALL PERMANENT MAKE UP SERVICES ARE SUBJECTED TO VA TAXES.
