Natural Lash Terms and Conditions

Clients with any of the following contraindications cannot receive service: herpes, cold sores, open sores, warts, bleeding, any other transmitted diseases, contagious diseases, sickness, skin conditions, allergies/sensitivities to lash glue, pink eye, styes etc. Any concerns must be addressed before booking.

Clients with allergies or sensitivities must inform us beforehand. We will not be held responsible for any reactions resulting from lash procedure.

Lash lifts and lash tints cannot be re-done sooner than 6 weeks apart to avoid over-processing of the hairs.

Lift and tint services are NOT recommended for clients who are or have any of the following:

• Pregnant or nursing
• Known allergies to perming solutions/hair-dyes
• History of skin disorders/rashes/psoriasis/eczema
• Alopecia
• Recent eye surgery
• Use of skin exfoliation products/retinols (must be discontinued for at least 1 week prior to brow lamination/tint services)
• Use of Accutane (must be discontinued for at least 1 year before brow services)
• Very sensitive skin (patch test is highly recommended – call to schedule one BEFORE booking for the service)
• Sunburnt/cuts/open sores/abrasions/inflammation/swelling on or around the treatment area

Lash lifts/ lash tints appointments are thoughtfully scheduled based on the specific set and the required time. We kindly request clients to book appointments accordingly, matching the condition of their lashes. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we will strictly adhere to the appointment time allotted for lash services. Please understand that lash work will be limited to the scheduled time.

Clients agree not to touch or use our products and work materials without permission. Any damages incurred will be reimbursed by the client at their appropriate value.

Any adjustments to the results must be communicated to us before the appointment end time. We will do our best to address the situation as do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to us. If clients require adjustments beyond the scheduled end time, an additional charge of $25 per 15 minutes will be added to the remaining balance. This overtime charge is contingent upon our availability and ability to extend her working hours.

Clients agree that any pictures/videos taken during the session will be owned by Ooh Studios and may be used on her social media or website for advertising purposes. Ooh Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and cancel service in case of breach of contract, failure to comply, policy violations, discrimination, harassment, dishonesty, theft, violence, being under the influence, or any other inappropriate behavior.

A retainer of $75.00 will be  necessary in order to book your appointment, this retainer is NON-  REFUNDABLE. So please make sure you select the most convenience time for  you. And make sure that you mark the appointment on your calendar.

7 BUSINESS DAYS are required to reschedule an appointment, otherwise  you will lose your retainer fee. In the event you book less than 7  business days before your appointment you will not be able to move or  cancel your appointment and you will lose your retainer fee in the event  you decide to cancel or not show..

There is a 10 min late policy for all appointments including the refill appointment, if you show up more than 10 minutes late you will lose your appointment as well as your retainer fee and will be required  to pay for another retainer fee in order to reschedule your appointment.  

Only the client receiving services is allowed; no extra people/kids are permitted during the appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse any client at any time before or during the service.

ALL LASH SERVICES ARE SUBJECTED TO VA TAXES.
